Restricted Resale

This restriction does not apply to authorized wholesale partners operating under a current, signed Wholesale Agreement with LuvionBio™ LLC. Wholesale resale rights, relabeling conditions, and packaging standards are governed separately by that agreement.
Any unauthorized resale or redistribution of our products constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate termination of account access,
- Legal action, including injunctive relief,
- Claims for damages,
- Recovery of all associated legal costs.
LuvionBio™ LLC expressly disclaims any and all liability for the use, handling, marketing, or redistribution of its products once they have left our control. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuvionBio™ LLC from all third-party claims arising from such unauthorized activities.
Toxic Substances Compliance
You agree to ensure compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations for the substances you purchase.
Limitation of Liability
